Year 6 have thoroughly enjoyed Geography week! We have been very excited to explore different aspects of the world including climates, physical and human features and climate change!
In English, we used our persuasive writing skills and looked deeply into climate change. We passionately wrote a piece of writing trying to persaude people to help save the world before it’s too late! Year 6 really enjoyed this activity and completed some fantastic pieces!
We also learnt the terms ‘physical and human features’ and we now know the definitions of these and can give examples of both these features from around the world! Using this knowledge, we created a map from one section of the world and explored the climate and features.
