Recently, we have received a number of saplings from the woodland trust so we thought it would be lovely to have a tree themed day and plant these trees within the school grounds. Not only did we plant the saplings but we also created art, identified different trees and created graphs, learnt about the life cycle of a tree, the names of the parts of the tree and we also learnt the importance of looking after trees to create a more sustainable environment. 🌲🌳
