School Closed Friday 2nd March 2018
Sutton Primary School will remain closed on Friday 2nd March due to worsening weather conditions. The World Book Day Royal Banquet will be postponed until next Friday. We will keep you informed of any further changes/updates.
Sutton School Closure Thursday 1st March
We have made the decision that Sutton School will be CLOSED on Thursday 1st March due to the predicted weather forecast tomorrow (amber weather warning), the temperatures remaining below freezing and the roads/paths being treacherous. The safety of both children and staff are priority. Update for Friday will follow in due course.
Class 5 making Pancakes
The children have been having fun over the last couple of day making pancakes and adding their favourite topping.

Hockey
The children took part in a winter games qualifying event. Â We took 2 teams, both played really well and were excellent ambassadors for the school. Â Both teams showed a significant improvement from the first match to the last match they played and we were rewarded by our A team winning a bronze medal!
Digital Leaders
Sutton’s Digital Leaders were fantastic today. They created mindmaps, ebooks, an amazing green screen movie and various QR code quizzes during the day. If you need any help with any IT/ Computing/ iPad issues, because they are now the experts in our school.
